Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after we receive payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For metro cities, delivery is expected within 3–5 business days. For non-metro and remote areas, delivery may take 7–10 business days. Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by high demand, weather conditions, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Currently, we are not offering Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment using the provided link or by logging into your account dashboard on www.zeeri.in.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of checkout. Zeeri Fashion India LLP will not be responsible for undelivered or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping may incur additional charges depending on the situation.
