At Zeeri.in, we take great care in ensuring that every piece of jewelry is thoroughly quality-checked and securely packed before it reaches you. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless the item is received in a damaged condition during transit, or if you have received an incorrect product.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide a 360-degree unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package before opening, the full unboxing process, and the damaged or incorrect item. The video must be uncut, continuous, and must begin before the package is opened.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at officialzeeri@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-6377782578.
Once your claim is verified, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Replacement order will be delivered with 3-5 business days after the approval.
All jewelry items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons, unless they qualify under the conditions mentioned above.
